Key Responsibilities:
Develop project schedules, budgets, and construction plans
Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Supervise daily construction activities and workforce performance
Monitor project progress, costs, materials, and quality
Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, contracts, and safety regulations
Inspect work and resolve construction problems or delays
Review drawings, specifications, change orders, and contracts
Communicate project updates to clients, senior management, and stakeholders
Manage risks, disputes, and unexpected site issues.
