Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify orders for shipment
Pack, label, weigh, and document packages
Print shipping labels and bills of lading
Schedule pickups with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or freight companies
Enter shipment information into inventory or shipping systems
Check products and quantities against invoices or purchase orders
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
Communicate with customers, suppliers, warehouse staff, and carriers
Maintain shipping records and paperwork.
