Barista

Prepare espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, flat whites, etc.), filter coffee, tea, and other hot/cold beverages to consistent standards.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment (daily cleaning, calibration, basic troubleshooting).
Take customer orders accurately, recommend drinks or food items, and provide friendly, efficient service.
Handle cash, card, and mobile payments; operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and customer areas (counters, tables, floors).
Stock and restock cups, lids, milk, syrups, pastries, and other supplies.
