Food Service Manager

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Ordering food, beverages, equipment, and supplies; managing inventory and vendor relationships to control costs and minimize waste.
Overseeing food preparation, presentation, portion control, and kitchen operations.
Ensuring compliance with health, sanitation, and food safety standards (e.g., regular inspections, temperature logs, hygiene protocols).
Addressing and resolving customer complaints about food quality or service.
Managing budgets, payroll, sales records, and financial performance.
Establishing performance and customer service standards.
