Production Operator

Core Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery/equipment safely and correctly (start-up, run, shut-down).
Monitor the production process and product quality (checks, measurements, visual inspections).
Follow SOPs/work instructions and production targets (quantity, speed, throughput).
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting (minor adjustments, cleaning, replacing parts as assigned).
Conduct setups/changeovers (materials, tools, machine settings, line balancing).
Record production data (shift logs, batch/lot records, QA records, downtime reasons).
Maintain housekeeping/5S standards around the workstation and equipment.
Handle materials properly (receiving, labeling, staging, dispensing per process).
