Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using tools such as multimeters, vibration analyzers, pressure sensors, and gauges.
Disassembling, inspecting, repairing, or replacing components (seals, bearings, impellers, shafts, motors, couplings, valves).
Installing, aligning, assembling, and commissioning new pump systems according to manufacturer specifications.
Testing pumps (hydrostatic, performance) and adjusting settings, including Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), for proper flow, pressure, and efficiency.
Documenting work, failure analysis, parts used, and test results; maintaining logs and compliance records.
