Core Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and explain proper alignment, breathing, and modifications for injuries or limitations
Create a safe, welcoming environment; monitor students for signs of strain or incorrect form
Offer hands-on or verbal adjustments (with consent)
Design class sequences/themes tailored to the audience (beginners, athletes, seniors, kids, etc.)
Maintain certifications and stay current with best practices
Build community — greet students, track attendance, sometimes handle bookings/payments.
