Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust packaging machines (cartoners, flow wrappers, shrink tunnels, case packers, weighers, labelers, etc.).
Perform machine changeovers, format/tooling adjustments, and line balancing for different SKUs.
Inspect packaged product for quality (fill level, seals, labels, weight, barcode readability) and remove/rework rejects.
Perform routine cleaning (GMP), sanitization, and preventive maintenance tasks; escalate mechanical/electrical faults.
Record production data: counts, rejects, downtime, maintenance logs, and batch/lot traceability records.
Follow GMP, HACCP, allergen control, food-safety or pharmaceutical SOPs as applicable.
Maintain workplace housekeeping and line safety (lockout/tagout during maintenance).
