Respond to and resolve breakdowns / reactive maintenance; perform root-cause analysis (RCA).
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control/PLC systems.
Commission and maintain equipment (motors, pumps, conveyors, HVAC, compressors, boilers, instrumentation).
Implement reliability projects: bearing upgrades, lubrication programs, alignment, predictive maintenance (vibration/thermography).
Manage spare parts inventory and parts procurement; recommend critical spares list.
Coordinate external contractors, vendors and service providers.
Ensure safety, lockout/tagout, permits-to-work, confined-space and environmental compliance.
