Carry out preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for all plant electrical systems.
Inspect, test and diagnose faults on motors, drives, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, relays, UPS and generators.
Troubleshoot control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA) and coordinate with automation/controls teams for repairs and updates.
Perform electrical testing & commissioning (megger, insulation resistance, relay testing, power quality).
Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective / permanent fixes.
Maintain and update electrical drawings, schematics and maintenance records.
Manage spares inventory and recommend spare-parts stocking levels.
Work with procurement, contractors and OEMs for repairs, replacements and service contracts.
