Laundry Supervisor

Supervise and schedule laundry attendants/staff across shifts; assign tasks, monitor performance, train new employees, and evaluate work.
Oversee the full laundry process: sorting, washing, drying, ironing/pressing, folding, inspecting for quality (stains, damage), and distributing clean linens/uniforms to housekeeping, food & beverage, or other departments.
Manage inventory of linens, chemicals, detergents, and supplies; conduct counts, reorder as needed, control costs, and track usage/losses.
Ensure proper operation, cleaning, and minor maintenance of industrial equipment (washers, dryers, ironers, presses); report major issues and coordinate repairs.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (including chemical handling, contaminated linen procedures, and PPE use); enforce compliance with regulations
