Room Service Attendant

Taking room service orders by phone (or from the front desk/POS system), confirming details, special requests, dietary needs, and delivery times accurately.
Preparing trays or carts with the correct food, beverages, condiments, utensils, glassware, linens, and presentation items according to hotel standards.
Coordinating with kitchen staff on order readiness and timing.
Delivering orders promptly to guest rooms (often within a quoted time), transporting trays/carts carefully without spills.
Setting up the dining area in the room (placing tablecloths, arranging items, presenting covered dishes, and describing the order).
Handling payment or charging the room, and obtaining authorization if needed.
Clearing used trays, dishes, and carts from rooms and hallways in a timely manner (to maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance).
