Dishwasher

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Scraping food residue, pre-rinsing, sorting, loading, and unloading commercial dishwashers (or hand-washing items).
Hand-washing delicate glassware, large pots/pans, cutting boards, and items that cannot go through the machine.
Drying, polishing, and storing clean dishes, flatware, glassware, and equipment in the proper locations.
Maintaining the dish station and kitchen work areas in a clean, orderly condition.
Emptying trash and recycling, cleaning receptacles, sweeping/mopping floors, and cleaning spills or broken items.
Cleaning small kitchen appliances (e.g., blenders, coffee machines) and following sanitation guidelines.
