Key Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets before work begins
Select and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work follows blueprints/specifications
Monitor costs and adjust budgets to avoid overruns
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), and zoning laws
Coordinate inspections and obtain necessary permits
Manage timelines and resolve delays or scheduling conflicts
Communicate progress to clients, stakeholders, and upper management
Supervise site personnel and resolve on-site issues or disputes
