Supervise day-to-day construction activities from start to finish
Assign tasks to construction laborers, coordinate and supervise workers, provide schedules
Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring all parties remain coordinated
Keep detailed records of construction site activities
Hiring, induction and training of new workers, ensure appropriate site rules are in place and equip employees with correct PPE
Conduct site inspections and safety drills, resolve on-site issues and delays
Management and supervision of a site in accordance with health and safety guidelines, assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections.
