Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, work schedules/timetables, and project plans.
Select, hire, and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and other specialists; interpret contracts, blueprints, and technical information.
Monitor daily progress on site (or via field office), track milestones, and report status/budget updates to stakeholders.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment; oversee logistics and deliveries.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations (e.g., OSHA in the US), environmental rules, and quality standards.
Identify and resolve delays, emergencies, change orders, disputes, or other issues; conduct risk assessments.
