Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies aligned with business/marketing goals.
Create, curate, schedule, and publish engaging content (copy, graphics, videos, Reels/Stories, live content) tailored to each platform’s audience and format.
Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice/tone.
Monitor channels, respond to comments/messages/inquiries (community management and customer care), and manage online reputation.
Track emerging trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes; jump on relevant trends.
Analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) using platform insights and tools; prepare reports and recommend optimizations.
