Warewashing — Operate commercial dishwashers; hand-wash pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and flatware; sanitize and store items properly; return clean wares to stations.
Kitchen sanitation and cleaning — Clean floors, walls, drains, prep surfaces, equipment (ovens, grills, hoods, refrigerators, freezers); perform scheduled deep cleans; maintain hygiene standards to health-code requirements.
Waste and grease management — Empty trash, recycling, and compost; clean disposal areas; handle grease properly.
Receiving, storing, and organizing — Help unload and put away deliveries; rotate stock; keep storage areas (pantries, freezers, refrigerators) organized and sanitary; manage cleaning chemical inventory.
