Scrape food waste from items and keep work areas clean
Sanitize dishes/utensils according to food safety standards
Clean kitchen equipment as assigned (pots, pans, racks, trays)
Sweep/mop floors and keep the dishwashing station organized
Dispose of trash/grease properly and follow kitchen waste procedures
Stock supplies (soap, detergent, sanitizer, paper products)
