Assess clients’ needs (e.g., posture, muscle tightness, range of motion within scope).
Perform massage therapy (based on training and client preferences), such as: Swedish massage
Deep tissue
Sports massage
Trigger point therapy
Myofascial release
Reflexology (if trained)
Maintain client safety and comfort follow appropriate pressure, technique, and contraindications
Adjust treatment during sessions as needed.
