Budgeting & Cost Control – Estimate costs, track expenditures, negotiate with vendors/subcontractors
Team & Subcontractor Management – Hire, supervise, and coordinate laborers, tradespeople, and subcontractors
Site Supervision – Conduct daily site visits, monitor progress, resolve on-site issues
Health & Safety Compliance – Enforce OSHA (or local equivalent) safety standards, conduct inspections
Permits & Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all work meets building codes, zoning laws, and permit requirements
Client & Stakeholder Communication – Report progress to owners, architects, engineers, and investors.
