Key Responsibilities:
Take orders directly from customers or through waitstaff
Check IDs to verify legal drinking age
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, and equipment
Manage cash register/POS system and process payments
Stock and restock bar supplies (liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice)
Monitor customer alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessary
Create and suggest drink specials or seasonal menus
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally
Comply with health, safety, and alcohol licensing regulations.
