Key Responsibilities:
Setting up, starting, operating, adjusting, and shutting down packaging machinery (fillers, sealers, labelers, cartoners, case packers, palletizers, etc.).
Loading materials (film, cartons, bottles, bags, labels) and monitoring machine performance for speed, flow, temperature, and jams.
Inspecting products and packages for defects, weight/measurement accuracy, seal integrity, labelling, and quality standards; removing rejects.
Performing basic troubleshooting, minor adjustments, changeovers between products, and routine/preventive maintenance or cleaning.
Labelling, coding, weighing, counting, stacking, and palletizing finished goods.
