Key Responsibilities:
Operate various types of cranes (tower, mobile, overhead/bridge, crawler, rough terrain) to lift, move, and position heavy materials or equipment
Inspect crane and rigging equipment before, during, and after operation (cables, hooks, brakes, hydraulics, controls)
Read and interpret lift plans, load charts, and blueprints to determine safe lifting capacities
Communicate with signal persons, riggers, and ground crew using hand signals or radio
Calculate load weights and angles to ensure lifts stay within safe operating limits
Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues.
