Laundry Supervisor

Supervise & train staff (washers, folders, pressers, sorters, drivers if applicable)
Assign schedules and workflow to meet daily/weekly production targets
Ensure proper sorting and handling of different fabrics/items (e.g., linens, uniforms, towels)
Monitor washing processes to ensure correct settings (water temperature, detergents, chemical usage, cycle types)

Quality control checks: cleanliness standards
no missed items
correct folding/finishing (if required)
damage prevention/reporting
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the laundry area (including separation of clean/soiled zones)
