Core Responsibilities:
Operate various crane types (tower, mobile, crawler, overhead/gantry, rough terrain) to lift and move loads
Inspect crane equipment before, during, and after operation (cables, hooks, brakes, hydraulics)
Read load charts to determine safe lifting capacities based on boom angle, radius, and weight
Communicate with ground crew and signal persons using hand signals or radio
Follow rigging plans and coordinate with riggers/spotters
Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues.
