Barista

Preparing beverages — espresso drinks, drip coffee, tea, and specialty items (lattes, cappuccinos, cold brew, etc.) following recipes and quality standards
Taking orders — at the counter, drive-thru, or via mobile/online ordering systems
Operating equipment — espresso machines, grinders, blenders, brewers; keeping them clean and properly calibrated
Handling cash and payments — operating the POS system, counting a cash drawer, processing transactions
Customer service — greeting customers, answering questions about the menu, handling complaints or special requests
Maintaining cleanliness — sanitizing work surfaces, washing equipment, keeping the dining area tidy, following food safety guidelines.
