Main Duties and Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production machinery/equipment (starting, adjusting, feeding materials, and making minor tweaks).
Assembling components or finished products by hand or with tools (power tools, soldering, drilling, etc.).
Performing in-process and final quality inspections; removing defective items.
Packaging, labelling, and preparing finished goods for storage or distribution.
Loading/unloading materials, transporting goods (sometimes with forklifts or lifting equipment), and managing basic inventory/stock levels.
