Production Assistant

Preparing and distributing daily call sheets, scripts, script sides, schedules, and other production paperwork.
Running errands (picking up supplies, equipment, meals, or making deliveries).
Assisting with set preparation, setup, and breakdown of equipment, lights, cameras, props, and furniture.
Escorting actors, extras, and crew; managing background talent; and “locking down” the set to prevent interruptions.
Facilitating communication between departments (often via walkie-talkie).
Supporting craft services, maintaining cleanliness, and handling basic administrative tasks (time cards, logging, phones).
Helping with logistics such as transporting gear or people.
