Construction Labourer

Core Duties:

Loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the site
Digging trenches, backfilling holes, and compacting earth
Mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting with formwork
Setting up and dismantling scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures
Operating basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers, etc.)
Cleaning and clearing debris to keep the site safe and organized
Assisting skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, plumbers, masons) with their tasks
Directing traffic or signalling equipment operators in some roles.
