Key Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for equipment and facilities.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation faults in machinery and perform necessary repairs.
Repairs: Carry out repairs and replacements of defective parts or systems to restore equipment to proper working order.
Upgrades: Recommend improvements or upgrades to machinery to enhance efficiency or safety.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
Compliance: Ensure all work is done in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Coordination: Coordinate with production staff, outside contractors, and vendors for necessary repairs or servicing.
Training: Train and guide junior maintenance staff or operators on proper equipment care and usage.
