Machine Operator

Load materials, start/stop production, and monitor machine operations.
Make basic adjustments to settings (speed, feed, temperature, pressure, alignment, etc.) based on job requirements.
Perform routine checks (in-process inspections, measurements, visual quality checks).
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.
Record production data (run logs, downtime, counts, defect reports, shift reports).
Change parts/tools/consumables (e.g., dies, blades, molds, filters) as needed.
Report machine issues, wear, or defects to supervisor/maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping around the machine/work area.
