Beverage Production Operator

Core responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production equipment (mixers, fillers, pasteurizers, carbonators, conveyors, packaging lines) according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Set up, start, stop, and changeover production lines for different SKUs; perform basic mechanical adjustments and alignments.
Conduct in-process quality checks (fill level, labeling, package integrity, microbial/chemical sampling where applicable) and record results.
Follow clean-in-place (CIP) and sanitation procedures; support scheduled line cleanings and sanitation audits.
Inspect raw materials and packaging components; stage materials for production and report discrepancies.
Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve common equipment/process issues; escalate complex problems to maintenance/engineers.
Maintain production logs, batch records, and compliance documentation accurately.
