Key Responsibilities:
Well Design & Planning: Develop drilling programs for exploration and production wells
Cost Management: Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and project schedules
Operations Oversight: Supervise drilling activities and ensure compliance with plans
Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges like stuck pipe, blowouts, and equipment failures
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations
Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors and service companies
Data Analysis: Interpret drilling and geophysical logs
Documentation: Maintain detailed reports on progress, incidents, and costs.
