Key responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer menu questions (ingredients, allergens).
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into POS.
Deliver food and drinks in correct sequence and temperature.
Clear and reset tables; maintain clean dining area.
Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to requests/complaints or escalate to supervisor.
Process payments and balance cash/terminal at end of shift.
Follow food safety, hygiene and alcohol-service regulations.
