Dishwasher

Core responsibilities:

Operate dishwasher machines and hand-wash items as required; rinse, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
Sort and stack clean items in assigned storage areas.
Remove food waste and scrape, soak, and pre-clean heavily soiled cookware.
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, sinks, floors, drains, and trash receptacles.
Clean and sanitize work surfaces, prep areas, and equipment per health code.
Receive, unpack, and store deliveries when needed (rotate stock, label dates).
Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks during slow periods.
