Kitchen Helper

Basic food prep: wash, peel, chop vegetables; portion ingredients; assemble simple items.
Dishwashing and cleaning: operate dishwasher; wash pots, pans, utensils; clean workstations, floors, and equipment; empty garbage and recycling.
Stock and inventory support: receive deliveries, unpack and store supplies, rotate stock (FIFO), label items.
Set-up and close-down: help set up prep stations, restock during service, perform end-of-day cleaning tasks.
Assist cooks: follow simple recipe steps, carry ingredients to cooks, plate basic items under supervision.
Maintain hygiene and safety: follow food-safety rules (handwashing, cross-contamination prevention), wear PPE, report hazards.
Basic equipment use: operate mixers, slicers, or other simple equipment per instructions.
