Construction Manager

Key responsibilities:

Lead daily site operations and manage the project schedule to meet milestones and completion dates.
Develop and maintain project budget and cost controls; track forecasts and manage change orders.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party consultants; manage procurement and delivery schedules.
Implement and enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
Review and enforce contract terms, scope of work, and quality control procedures.
Prepare, review, and submit progress reports, meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, and as-built documentation.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and resolve onsite technical and logistical issues.
Oversee inspection, testing, and commissioning activities; ensure quality standards and punch-list completion.
