Core responsibilities:
Install, configure, test, and commission equipment/systems at customer locations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, or mechanical issues on-site.
Perform preventative maintenance, upgrades, and inspections per schedule.
Document work performed, update service tickets and knowledge base articles.
Escalate complex faults to engineering and follow through to resolution.
Train customers/end-users on system operation and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain and secure service tools, spare parts, and calibration records.
Represent the company professionally; ensure customer satisfaction and safety compliance.
