Architect

Key responsibilities:

Lead architectural design phases from concept through construction administration.
Produce and review construction documents (plans, sections, details, specifications).
Coordinate design with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and specialist consultants.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, accessibility, and permitting requirements.
Prepare or review contract documents and respond to RFIs and design changes during construction.
Participate in tendering, evaluate contractors’ bids, and support contract negotiation.
Regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance; produce site reports.
Manage client relationships and present design proposals and progress updates.
