Key Responsibilities:
Performing routine and preventive maintenance on pumps (centrifugal, submersible, diaphragm, gear, reciprocating, and others) to ensure efficient, safe operation.
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control issues using tools such as multimeters, vibration analyzers, pressure sensors, flow meters, and gauges.
Repairing or replacing components like seals, bearings, impellers, motors, shafts, couplings, and valves.
Installing, assembling, aligning, and commissioning new pump systems according to manufacturer specs.
Testing systems for performance (pressure, flow, efficiency), documenting results, and making adjustments.
