Core responsibilities:
Install, configure, and commission equipment/systems per specs and site constraints.
Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service visits.
Diagnose and repair hardware, firmware, and software faults on-site.
Conduct testing, calibration, and validation; document results.
Provide end-user training and handover documentation.
Escalate complex issues to engineering teams; follow up to resolution.
Maintain accurate service reports, inventory, and time records.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer procedures.
