Barista

Prepare espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, teas, and other menu items to standard recipes.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and POS systems.
Take customer orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations.
Ensure consistent beverage quality through proper tamping, dosing, extraction, and milk steaming.
Speedily complete orders while maintaining quality during peak periods.
Handle cash and card transactions; balance till and follow opening/closing cash procedures.
Maintain cleanliness: wipe counters, wash equipment, clean milk pitchers, restock supplies, empty bins.
Follow food safety and sanitation rules.
