Key responsibilities:
Clean, sanitize, and maintain assigned cabins to company standards (daily cleaning, turn-down service, deep-clean between sailings).
Make beds, change linens, launder/coordinate linen exchange, and ensure correct inventory of towels and bedding.
Replenish guest amenities (toiletries, stationery, minibar items where applicable).
Perform turndown service and special requests (extra pillows, baby cots, special deliveries).
Inspect cabins for damage, report maintenance issues, and log lost & found items.
