Key responsibilities:
Operate production equipment and assembly stations per standard work instructions.
Assemble, test, inspect, and package products to quality standards.
Monitor process variables, identify defects, and perform basic troubleshooting.
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety rules.
Record production data (counts, rejects, downtime) and complete required logs.
Assist with inventory handling, material staging, and line changeovers.
Follow all safety, GMP (if applicable), and regulatory procedures.
Participate in team meetings and improvement activities; suggest process improvements.
