Key Responsibilities
Developing and executing multi-platform social media strategies aligned with business/marketing goals.
Creating, curating, and scheduling content (copy, graphics, photos, short-form video/Reels/TikToks, Stories, carousels).
Managing content calendars and ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
Community management: monitoring, moderating, and responding to comments, messages, mentions, and reviews in a timely, brand-aligned way.
Tracking performance with analytics tools, reporting on metrics (reach, engagement, growth, traffic, conversions/ROI), and optimizing based on data.
Conducting competitor research, social listening, and staying current on platform algorithms, trends, and features.
