Main Duties and Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and related systems on production machinery, conveyors, packaging equipment, and similar systems.
Perform preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, adjustments, inspections) to minimize downtime.
Disassemble machines, replace worn or defective parts (belts, gears, bearings, motors, etc.), and reassemble/test equipment.
Install, align, calibrate, and commission new machinery according to blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specs.
Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment; document work performed.
