Waitress/Waiter

Key responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests; present menus and explain daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
Serve food and drinks promptly and check back to ensure satisfaction.
Make recommendations and answer menu/allergy questions.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to manage timing and special requests.
Clear and reset tables; maintain cleanliness and table settings.
Process payments, handle cash/credit, and close out checks accurately.
Follow health, safety and sanitation regulations.
