Wash dishes, plates, utensils, cookware (hand wash and/or machine wash)
Load/unload dishwashing machines and rack items properly
Scrape/sort items to prevent clogs and ensure hygiene
Clean and sanitize dish area, sinks, counters, and equipment
Maintain trash/recycling and assist with general waste removal
Restock clean items in assigned storage areas (crocks, racks, shelves)
Keep floors, drains, and workstations free of debris and standing water
Help with basic prep support when needed (e.g., rinsing items, stocking)
Report damaged items, low supplies, or sanitation issues to the supervisor.
