Job details
Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats movement and function problems caused by injury, illness, or disability to reduce pain, restore mobility, and help people return to daily activities.
Core job duties includes, take medical history, review referrals, and perform physical exams (range of motion, strength, balance, gait, posture, neurological screening). Identify impairments and functional limitations from musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, or post-surgical conditions, create individualized plans with measurable goals, timelines, and evidence-based interventions also Manual therapy (joint mobilization, soft-tissue techniques, neuromuscular facilitation, massage).
Qualifications: High school Diploma or equivalent is required, Clinical reasoning, communication, empathy, manual dexterity, physical stamina, time management, documentation, and basic business/insurance knowledge in private practice.
